Our houses, apartments, and commercial space are for the most part located in the Chestnut Hill and West Mount Airy neighborhoods of northwest Philadelphia. Most of our properties were built between 1906 - 1926, and were designed by three Philadelphia architects, McGoodwin, Gilchrist and Duhring, who worked closely with Dr. George Woodward for many years. Construction is stone or stucco over brick and roofs are typically slate. Many of the beautiful tree-lined streets offer historic flagstone sidewalks - perfect for a neighborhood stroll.
