In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Valerie and her team, specifically Lou and Paul were fantastic. The job was done well, quickly, and efficiently. Communication was always clear and they adhered to the timeline. When there was a small issue, it was resolved immediately and with great professionalism. Looking forward to working with FCP again in the future!

The painter, Tom, was excellent; he was friendly, polite, quick, and precise. The owner, Valerie, was a pleasure to deal with; she communicated every step of the way.

Valerie the Representative was very easy to speak with about my project and the Painters were very nice, helpful, clean, respectful. Did anything I asked of them. Did a very good job.

Cannot say enough. 5 stars isn't high enough. Thorough, professional, friendly and clean.
It was a pleasure. They powerwashed and painted. Observed all safety measures and finished in two half days. They were on time and so pleasant. Valerie came to check on progress.it was a great experience. ?
