Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

It was supposed to be a 12-week project that turned into over a year. We had multiple project managers, they either quit or left. Every part of the project they did, either had some mistakes or was messed up. They cracked the marble in our bedroom while installing a fireplace. They had to redo everything....

All South Restoration did a good job. I am happy with the work. The only issue is that it took a while to get the schedule worked out and then it all went well.

The onsite manager, Rob, was amazing. He followed up with everything on a regular basis every day. He comes in and treats you like he's known you forever. That's really important. Great bedside manner.
