From responding promptly and courteously, to doing whatever it takes to resolve the issue, every company, no matter your industry, should have a strategy in place to handle negative feedback from customers.
Things are beginning to look up in 2015. According to an article from MultiBriefs: Exclusive, “positive economic and employment news, along with declining gas prices, have boosted consumer confidence to its highest level in the past seven years.” With consumers who are less fearful and have a bit more money to spend, many are ready to complete those projects in their home that had previously been place on the back-burner.
