I highly recommend American Home Contractors. I had a new roof installed and Dave and Patricio were super to work with. It was obvious to me that Patricio was a master craftsman. The work done was excellent, my questions and concerns always fully addressed, and the entire crew of men who worked under Patricio were polite, respectful, and careful with my home. Best of all, my former leaking roof was "bone dry" after Hurricane Ida and the awful rain we encountered.

Dave and Wilson from AHC were amazing! These guys came in and did a full plywood replacement then new James Hardie Plank siding, Azek trim, and new gutters with guards.Dave is very detailed and thorough and offers up great ideas and suggestions to make the final product look great. He communicates professionally, promptly returning calls and emails and notifying me when workers would be on-site.The siding crew, led by Wilson was amazing. These guys arrived on time every day and worked all day. Wilson is truly a master of his craft. Every cut, corner, bend, caulk line, etc. is done with care. Also, as the walls were exposed, any original construction not done properly was brought to my attention and adequately addressed --not covered up.If you need new siding, I highly recommend you call Dave from AHC. You will not be disappointed.

It's been a pleasure working with the American Home Contractors team. My first meeting with Dave was handled professionally and with care and consideration. This treatment carried over through my entire experience with American Home Contractors. We replaced the old stucco and cedar siding with James Hardie planks and shingles. All of our windows were replaced with new Beechworth Windows. We also replaced all soffit and gutters. Our house looks like a brand new house! We are so happy with this new transformation. AHC completed our project in about two weeks. They are very efficient hard workers, perform quality work, and they are neat and clean. If we had any questions throughout the process, Dave was always available via text or a call to answer our questions. Thank you American Home Contractors! I highly recommend!

Areas For Improvement - They really didn't fall short. Like all home projects, there is always tweaking that needs to be done. With the necessary tweaking, the project manager saw everything through until I was satisfied. He was extremely patient and cordial every time!

American Home Contractors exceeded my expectations on my home siding project. The James Hardie siding looks amazing on my home. The original cedar shingles were removed, insulation sheets and "Hardie Wrap", was then put on... My home is in better shape to take on weather then it ever has been.. Dave DeVeiga was an amazing sales person and project manager. This was the best home investment I have ever made, and am confident in James Hardie and American Home Contractors, to live up to the 30 year warrantee, should any repairs ever need to be made. American Home Contractors is a 1st class contractor!

We were very happy with American Home Contractors. We had gotten 3 cost estimates and American Home came out in the middle. Our project involved new Hardie siding, a new GAF roof, a portico with a curved copper roof, and installation of a decorative oval window. Everything came out beautifully. The project manager, Travis, was responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Tom was the head of our siding and roofing crew(s) and he also worked extensively on our portico, except that American Home had the curved roof of our portico done by a framer and they had a coppersmith do the copper work on it. We so appreciated that Tom is a perfectionist. Tom spent a considerable amount of time each day making sure everything looked just right and if something did not measure up to his high standards, he made his guys re-do things. In other words, American Home does not wait until the homeowner points something out to them before they address it. We have received many compliments on the finished project. The owner, Jon, and Travis had assured us that we would be 100% happy in the end, and we are. Also, after we gave them the final payment, they told us that if we have any issues/problems, we should contact them and they would fix anything if needed. We have every reason to believe that they are sincere in this regard based on experience with them. We highly recommend them.
