Raised in a construction family, founder and owner Mark Zollinger has more than 20 years experience in the custom home industry. Mark started as a laborer at his father’s excavating company in the early 1980s, and worked as a skilled carpenter for several local builders and remodelers. In 1991, Mark became self-employed as a trim carpenter, and within two years, he established Zollinger Builders. Mark intended to create well-designed, custom homes that exceed the customer’s expectations for quality.

Zollinger Builders’ foundation is built on the importance of never sacrificing quality for quantity. As a result, Zollinger Builders has earned the reputation of being a company that provides quality products and craftsmanship to each home they have built.

For Mark, listening to the needs of the customer and providing personalized service are vital elements to maintaining a well-rounded relationship. Mark’s personal values, integrity, work ethic and honesty earned him two Builder of the Year Awards in 2004 and 2008.
