We are absolutely thrilled with our new wood fence with lattice top. The wood is extremely high quality and the installation was top notch. We have had many complements from friends and neighbors. A much more superior fence than their competitors. Chris the estimator showed us the wood they use and when we compared with the competition we realized it was much better quality. Raoul the installer did a fantastic job. We are so happy we went with Sierra.

Suhas said they done good work for him, but the only issue was they initial estimate changed and went up about $350 because they forgot to include the gate, but other than that the work has been good.

Sierra Structures did a first class job building our wood fence. A shoutout to Jody who has been incredibly helpful at every step of the way, and to Raul and his crew for their excellent construction work. We are extremely pleased and would recommend SS very highly.

I think overall everyone I had contact with did well. The project estimator who came out did a good job. The assistant in the office did a good job keeping up with the accounting and the inspections. The foreman of the crew was excellent. Everyone involved did a great job.

Additional Comments - Linda and Liz at the main office communicated effectively and very timely - I never had to wait more than an hour or so to receive a response, even if it was just to let me know they were researching a question. Also, they were both very nice and professional and I felt they were honest with all questions I had. It was refreshing to have this level of customer service that I expect on a regular basis but rarely receive. Jody, the head fence guy, met at my house for the consultation. He was VERY detailed and clear what to expect with the fence, the timing, where it was going to go exactly, and worked with me to figure out the best fence design due to constraints with my property lines and power/water/gas lines. I knew what to expect after our conversation and the fence lived up to the expectation. Last, the crew who actually put up the fence worked very hard, were polite, and kept me updated throughout the project. And their clean-up was excellent - not a single thing left except the fence was leftover! :) Thanks for everything.

They made the process very easy. This was my first time ever commissioning a project like this, and even though the weather did not cooperate with us, they made sure I knew everything that was going on every step of the way.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Everything was done professionally and the work crew worked hard. If they couldn't be there on some days (because of weather), I got a call in advance to let me know. You do not know just how rare it is for companies to keep you in the loop anymore. They worked with us to find the best way to contain our dogs while the old fence was torn down and the new one put up.
