NSM Florida Enterprise (NSMotif) is Central Florida's premier company for all surface countertops! Founded in 2008 by Karen Rothenberg, NSMotif has grown to work with thousands of residential customers, is a direct installer for dozens of big box stores in the state, and works commercially with companies like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.

Our portfolio include prestigious locations such as The Citrus Club Orlando, Rollins College, Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, 4Rivers, and more. In 2015, NSMotif became an Accredited Member of the Marble Institute of America and is heavily involved with the Women In Stone segment of the MIA, as a minority certified business in the state of Florida.

the teams they have are split up. one team does under mounts the other does above mounts. this is not good for customer service. all teams need to be able to provide full service. i called before they arrived and asked if they could install my above mount sink with my tops. they said yes. now installation...

We were extremely pleased with our bathroom counter and installation of the product. The installers were very professional and the large counter top was one continuous piece without any seams. Great job! Thank you.

We live in a condo and cannot attach anything to the outside of the building. We would like a patio cover or retractable awning. Is there anyway to do this?

Unfortunately we do not do any type of awnings. What i would do is call the HOA and ask them what they allow back there.

I just installed vented gas logs in my home. I have been running them for several hours now and they still have a natural gas smell. Is this normal?

Hi Nathan, If you smell gas. Stop.. Turn off the gas to the fireplace and CALL a licenced Gas plumber ASAP
