DESIGN. You’ll have your own full-time Designer. We will supply you with an experienced and talented home construction designer. Your Designer will work with you to translate your needs, wants, desires and budget into drawings and specifications for your review, modification and approval.

CONVENIENCE. Your Excel experience will be faster and easier than you expect. Your Designer will work with you in Excel’s “One-Stop” Lemoyne Showroom – with over 6,000 square feet of quality options. We eliminate your need to spend hours searching through dozens of area showrooms trying to choose tile, carpet, paint, wallpaper, lighting, windows, doors, mirrors, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, etc., and hoping everything will coordinate! Our design process takes the guesswork out of making selections. The finished project will reflect your sense of style, your color preferences and your budget, without you having to pull it all together yourself!
