A small family owned firm, we specialize in residential remodeling, room additions, sunrooms and kitchens with an emphasis on quality, value and service. We are a full service, design build contractor, so we can walk you thru the design, planning and permitting processes as well as building the project. As a design build firm, we are able to tailor the plans to your budget, avoiding costly redesign, omissions and extras. We can also work with you to control costs by coordinating the entire project and having you, a family member, friend or relative do some of the work. We are happy to furnish references upon request.

Make sure you have everything written down in your contract because details were omitted from ours. When it was brought to their attention, they said not to worry about it, that it would be taken care of, and that was a bone of contention with the contractor.

Boy I would not go that.  Hold off on the project until you have the money to do it right.  Then, pull off the formica, repair the water damage and install new countertop Phililp HDR Remodeling
