I met with Bob from Acclaim to discussing our budget for our kitchen remodel on Nov. 19th 2021. He assured me that his company could do the job. I signed the contract and gave him 2000.00 dollars. His final ( his words) cost analysis was given to us Jan 19th 2022. His offer was 15 thousand dollars past our budget. My husband and I spent two hours with him at his office to design kitchen, which we never got the final plans for. We decided to go with another company in January. No Plans, No plans within budget. No refund. And of course blamed in on us. After reading other reviews on the BBB, the behavior was similar. Buyer beware. DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT. This appears to be a pattern of doing business.

Our bathroom remodeling experience with Acclaim was excellent. The process was professional and meticulous from the design stage through to the last paint touch-up. The whole team worked with us to fine-tune the overall design aesthetic and the little details. Both the folks in the office and the journeymen who did the work on site were professional and approachable and constantly checked in with us to make sure we understood and were satisfied with every step of the project. They helped us turn our dated and worn-out 1980s bathroom into a sleek, inviting, and more functional space. And they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, which is an important aspect of any remodeling project! We definitely plan to use Acclaim for our next major home renovation.

The team at acclaim, from Bob down to the on site crew doing the work, were a joy to work with from start to finish. Our new kitchen is phenomenal and the process from design to construction was smooth and well executed. If I had it to do over again I would not hesitate to call Acclaim.

They did a fabulous job, their designer Mark was excellent he came up with design we didn't even think about. The workman were great, they were masters. Everything was level and clean. We could not have been more delighted.

We had a second floor storm door replaced. When the installer arrived, he had the exact door we had ordered and quickly and professionally took out the old door and put in the new one. He'd obviously done this before. We're very pleased with our new door.

We were very happy with the kitchen renovation that Acclaim did for us. The price was high, but the workmanship was top quality and the people were friendly and responsive to our needs and desires.
