Village Builders did an excellent job on my cottage/garage addition. They kept me apprised of progress through emails and photos because I was not able to personally view their work. They completed everything on time, despite some adverse and challenging spring conditions.

They are very experienced and knowledgeable. They are innovative. I like their reliability. I enjoyed working with the employees and the subcontractors of Village Builders. All of them were patient and professional. We are happy with the work that was done.

I would build a stud wall and get rid of the recessed niche. Once done you will have plenty of support in securing the TV mount.

I agree, no less than 4/12 but the sheathing must be layered 100% with Ice & Water memebrane first.
