I bought my home from Sunwood Development. After a couple of months, the basement wall started leaking. All the rainwater floods my backyard and all around the house and I cannot walk without long boots. Sunwood acknowledges the problems are caused by inadequate drainage at the bottom of the backyard...
We had an idea of what we would like to do with our home but Sunwood turned it into reality. Their design is something that we never would have thought of but functions perfectly for our home and family. The work and finishes are absolutely beautiful and were done in timely fashion! Project involved expansion of a bathroom and bedroom . Extremely pleased with their work and service. Project was very organized. Their cleanup at the end of every day was exceptional. You would never know their was a major renovation project going on. Very pleased with the final product.

We LOVE our kithen renovation!! We keep a spray bottle filled with the solution below on the counter and use it as needed. We apply sealer once a year. •1/2 cup rubbing alcohol•2 cups water•8 drops dawn dish soap
