The corner of my roof seems to be sagging and is causing my gutters to leak from that corner. How do I go about fixing this?

I would rather think your gutter needs a good sealant. If your soffit is sagging, you have some structural issues.Most likely nothing to do with the gutter. 
What are they best types of windows to preserve heat in the winter and cool air in the summer for residential homes?
