Tech was good and did some trouble shooting. I needed a part that I was told was under warranty and takes 10 days- that was 3 weeks ago and still no part and my unit is constantly running and the duct work is only temporarily sealed and is letting cool air waste away!

I had to have foundation repair done about 10 years ago. They gave me a lifetime warantee but they are no longer in business. What can I do to fix a problem?
