I feel like it is a decent company, but some members within the company are not meeting the needs of the customer 100%. The replacement of the entire roof was pushed on us. It's been four months, and we still don't have the warranty in our hands.

The builder did not build our home as we had ordered, citing a design change after contract was signed. What recourse do we have?
