I just want to say what a terrific job was done by the whole team who took care of the mold issue at our home. From Dustin who was first here to Chase that kept us informed on the progress, to Cynthia who did a great job at cleaning everything up after the air test She was always smiling and very respectful. What a great asset you have in her for your company. Thank You again for outstanding service. I hope the rebuild group is as good as this group.

The job was cleanup at a burned house. They were supposed to call and let me know when they were coming. They would show up with no prior communication and call me expecting me to come let them in when I was hours away. This happened multiple days in a row even after the person on site said they would call to schedule their next work session. I would have fired them on the spot if it I had the option, but they were hired by my insurance company. They showed up the first day and started running the generator with no equipment in the house so they could charge extra days. They had a ton of equipment in the house that was never used. I assume they charge based on the equipment on site. My insurance adjuster was livid with how they handled the job.

ServPro of Conyers/Covington performed exactly as expected. They were punctual and responded promptly when questions were asked. They were in charge of inventoring our damaged personal belongings and then picking them up for salvage.

I strongly recommend ServPro of Conyers/Covington, they are very reliable.

It was fine, but they missed a couple of ducts that they forgot to clean. It was still good, but they've got two vents in the bathroom and my room, and they forgot to clean one. 4, a high rating--they did good, but they did miss a few ducts.

Serv pro team members were very unprofessional, they did not follow through with the agreed upon time of arrival to provide service, equipment used and left in house was dirty. Poor customer service received from staff.

I would like to give a special recognition to the two young men who did most of the work, Christian and Jordan. I would like to recognize their hard work and service. They were courteous, hard working and really easy to deal with in a difficult time. I appreciate their professionalism.

I loved how they came the same day my home flooded. They are fast, courteous, professional and showed concern about my claim and how distraught I was. I would definitely recommend.

I had five different people in my house and my frustrations were they didn’t appear to have communicated effectively about what the last agent shared with us as well as being accountable for what was supposed to be done each time.

I would be scared too because of the time frames they said they would come but did not come.

I was very dissatisfied with their customer service.

ServPro is staffed by idiots. They allowed my furniture and belongings to sit in the soot and water-logged mess that was my condo after a fire. My belongings were exposed to the outside elements as well. It took 2-1/2 weeks for them to pick up my furniture. When it was returned, much of it had not been cleaned, there was damage to my furnishings and other than offering to take things away and try again (like I trusted them at that point), they did nothing. Additionally, there were serious inconsistencies in what different people said.

ServPro were professional in dealing with customers. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. They kept us updated on the progress and a customer rep followed up at every stage of the process. We would highly recommend ServPro.Dave of Snellville, GA

They threw away pillows, baby toys and much more without my approval. The adjuster with all state authorized them to do so and then I wasn't reimbursed for the items. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Was careless during demolition. Punched a hole in bathroom door. Removed flooring from underneath cabinets and did not place shims so cabinets shifted. Failed to find areas of moisture that a different agency found when a second opinion was requested. Very little confidence in this company. However, they did pay to replace bathroom door.

I would suggest that if you use ServPro of Conyers/Covington, you stay on top of them 24/7, otherwise things will get stolen.

They came that same night. It probably saved us a lot of damage. They found water standing where we didnot see it.They took all the trash. They put something under my sewing machine cabinet and my husband's desk to get it out of standing water. Even if I didnot have insurance I would call them. I didnot worry about anything. thank you

The guys that came to the house were excellent, but the company mismanaged the workforce. The project dragged on for nearly a month.

Ricky is THE best technician - and Lou ( in HIGH management ) went way above and beyond - I would not want anyone to have to go through what I did with a busted pipe flooding the house, BUT if you do - Contact ServPro and IF possible ask for Ricky - His knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and great inner action with customers, makes the experience much easier to handle.
