Jordan Riddle solved long-standing problems in three areas of my yard. He and his crew removed unsightly plantings, pulled up engulfing ivy in two of the areas, dug enormous holes and enriched the soil into which he planted 5 beautiful wax-leaf ligustrum as a screen from my neighbor's driveway. In a second area he removed scraggly lime-light hydrangeas which had been planted 10 years ago in poor soil in a sun-deprived areas. Again, he enriched the soil and planted 6 traditional hydrangeas in the shaded area and then two Lava Lamp Moonrock Pinnacle hydrangeas in a morning sunny spot with pink-purple phlox scattered in groups of three beneath the white Lava Lamp hydrangeas. For the third area he transplanted 9 Encore Azaleas so that they now encircle a 12-foot high Kousa Dogwood, which he selected and planted. Jordan and his crew thoroughly watered all the new plantings and covered all three areas with a beautiful mulching of 30 pinestraw bales. My husband and I were very happy with the results of this project.
