I will be happy to recommend rapid roofing to a friend...

I paid $4000 for roof repair I did not receive I was told those repairs would have been completed with the extra payment I was charged for something I did not receive and I paid $40000 for my roof repair and I guess that wasn’t enough u had to get me for $4000 for repair that was never done first I was told they were going to come back and repair the job that they didn’t do and two weeks later they told me I wasn’t entitled to the Repair. They took advantage of me because I trusted them too much. I should’ve looked a little closer into who I was talking to. I’ll never make a mistake like that again that’s one lesson they did teach me.

We liked everything about the staff, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. And, of course, we love the roof!

quick response time on all inquiries and questions. competitive pricing. good workmanship

They were awesome. They did exactly what they told me they would do and there were no bad things. There were no gimmicks being sold. It was perfect and I love it.

The communication from Rapid Roofing was exceptional. Pricing was fair. The roofers were very respectful of our property and cleaned up perfectly. The roof has weathered recent storms with ease. We are pleased with the job and with the company.

Rapid Roofing is very professional and very eager to really do a great job.

Then installation team arrived on schedule with all necessary equipment and materials. The team leader identified himself and offered to available to respond to any questions. The team started on time and worked briskly. As related in the Rapid proposal, the existing sheathing was identified as being degraded and in need of replacement. Apparently, the existing 3/8" sheathing was original to the construction of the house. They replaced all of the 3/8" sheathing with 5/8". In addition to the roof replacement there were six Velux skylights in the living roof which were furnished and installed to replace the existing which I personally had installed 39 years prior. In the rear portion of the house, the existing leaders and gutters were replaced. The existing fascia was also replaced. Finally, a walk-through and general cleanup was made. All the materials were as stated. Here is a link to our time-lapse video https://youtu.be/ymgyWjHHmuc
