Our in-house design studio guides clients through a turnkey process - from concept and 3D renderings to material selection and final construction - with one team and zero handoffs. Founded by Megan Phillips, our team brings 30+ years of combined design and building experience and builds to ICC and 2024 Ohio Building Code. We serve Stark, Medina, and Cuyahoga Counties, including Jackson Township, Shaker Heights, and the greater Akron-Canton area. Conveniently located off I-77 near Akron-Canton Airport.
