PH Design & Construction is a family-owned, woman-owned design-build firm in North Canton, OH, specializing in custom home builds, whole-home renovations, home additions, in-law suites, and kitchen and bath remodels across Northeast Ohio. Our in-house design studio guides clients through a turnkey process - from concept and 3D renderings to material selection and final construction - with one team and zero handoffs. Founded by Megan Phillips, our team brings 30+ years of combined design and building experience and builds to ICC and 2024 Ohio Building Code. We serve Stark, Medina, and Cuyahoga Counties, including Jackson Township, Shaker Heights, and the greater Akron-Canton area. Conveniently located off I-77 near Akron-Canton Airport.

Yes we have siding positions open and hardy siding installation open please call and stop in our office/showroom
Is it natural for water main to drip after it is turned on after 3 weeks shut off ? We had shut it off and drained before going on vacation

Just behind the valve handle there is a "packing nut" that sucures the shut off valve into the body of the unit. Take a cresent wrench and tighten up that nut and this should stop that leak. No need t ... read more
