House Painting and Floor Coating for Commercial & Residential
Quality paint can make or break a building's aesthetics. But it's about so much more than your home's looks. Paint can help increase property value and protect your property against the elements. But not all paint is created equal, and neither are commercial and residential house painting companies. Hide

It is a shame that they failed horribly with their communication with me and following through on my request because the workmanship and product are really good.

What do you think about radiant barrier spray on coating versus foil backing radiant barrier?

Michael Dallas of Shingle Masters Roofing & Construction Services, Inc ^PRO answered:

Foil backed plywood is the more efficient than spray. Here is one site but many use the same figures. http://www.atticfoil.com/install-questions/paint-vs-foil.html

We live in a condo and cannot attach anything to the outside of the building. We would like a patio cover or retractable awning. Is there anyway to do this?

Gigi Tabares of US Aluminum Services ^PRO answered:

Unfortunately we do not do any type of awnings. What i would do is call the HOA and ask them what they allow back there.
