They have deceptive practices. They sent out a representative to take a look at everything, and he gave me an estimate for four board replacements. They did a good job and the roof is beautiful. When it came to the trim work, they tried to upsell me by 4k more. My roofing bill was supposed to be 14.5k, and they added 4k on top of that. I told him I wouldn't sign a contract until he went back to 18.5k. They were very deceptive. The project manager should've come out to give the estimate. They are up charging people in this economy. I'm retired and told them I couldn't afford more than 18.5k, but they tried to make me sign for 20k. I don't care about them, and I wouldn't recommend them.

I would recommend this company. The salesman Bobby explained everything to me and showed me pictures of what was going on in the attic.

All the prep work done by the contact was okay and understandable, but the person who came to do the work didn't speak English, and it made it difficult, but we got through it okay.

The roofing team arrived on time as scheduled. Within 15 minutes of their arrival they were on the roof removing the old shingles.
