I was not pleased with the roofing work that was done because some of the shingles did not lay flat as they should have. I was charged $24,000, even though my insurance company said it should not have cost more than $11,000. I still had to pay the full amount out of my own pocket, since the insurance would not cover it.

They have deceptive practices. They sent out a representative to take a look at everything, and he gave me an estimate for four board replacements. They did a good job and the roof is beautiful. When it came to the trim work, they tried to upsell me by 4k more. My roofing bill was supposed to be 14.5k, and they added 4k on top of that. I told him I wouldn't sign a contract until he went back to 18.5k. They were very deceptive. The project manager should've come out to give the estimate. They are up charging people in this economy. I'm retired and told them I couldn't afford more than 18.5k, but they tried to make me sign for 20k. I don't care about them, and I wouldn't recommend them.
