The employees that I dealt with were good. In fact, the one I dealt with the most was Mick; he was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for any more help from him than what he gave he was always trying to his best to do what was good for me. I appreciate that very much. I really enjoyed working with him.

There was another company that had been involved and they screwed up so bad. Hays & Sons got involved and they managed to get everything fixed. What took the previous company over a month to do, took Hays & Sons less than two weeks to finish.

AMAZING. Why isn't everyone using this service?! It was SO easy and fantastic. Our designer worked quickly and came up with something so beautiful that the contractor, shower glass installer and technicians have all said "I want a bathroom like this!" WELL worth the money.

Jeremy assessed the project. He was superb at keeping in touch. There were times where he got held up at another job and was going to be here late. He was very professional about calling ahead and letting me know so we could figure out a better time.
