I would not recommend Great Northern. They took an very long time. They didn't do quality work until we got a second opinion. The communication was horrible.

It took 8 months for them to finish a simple job. I was not a priority and they lost my supply list multiple times and I experienced more than one no call no show to an appointment

This was the worst experience I have ever had working with a company. They disrespected our home and belongings and had the worst quality imaginable. We literally had to have them repaint at least 4 times after they wanted us to sign off on the job. In addition when they installed the washer they didn't hook it up properly and it re-flooded my bathroom ceiling. Add in the fact we had to call the police on the painter and multiple items in our home were damaged you can imagine our dissatisfaction. It took them almost 1 year to get the job completed. I could have had a new house built in that amount of time.

They were very slow, there were some issues with what the next step would be, they delivered the wrong size windows and wrong windows and it went on and on. Every step was a problem.

They wouldn't communicate with me. This was a horrible experience. They told us it would take 3 weeks and it took almost 4 months. Things needed to be fixed and they wouldn't fix them. It was a battle the whole time.

Were do I begin, buyer beware. There was no part of the process that was successful, from the estimating, scheduling and craftmanship. The job foreman needs to come to the work site more often and check the quality of the work performed by the workers. I had problems from water lines being hooked up backwards, to unplugging my refrigerator and losing everything in it, it paint being dripped everywhere and not cleaned up, to bad customer service. Do not use them!
