I've been working with Endura-Roof to get some storm damage repaired. My insurance company has been given me the run around, but Ryan has been able to advise me every step of the way. He's been in constant contact with all the parties working really hard to make sure my work is getting done properly, and to make sure the insurance company isn't taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. Customer service is A+, and it was one of the more reasonable quotes I got too. It's obvious that they really know what they are doing when it comes to not only roofing, but the roofing business.

The company was highly professional and got things done in a timely manner. They are basically a one stop shop for all your house remodel needs. I got my roof done by the gentlemen who now works here. They did gutters and windows for me. They also installed a doorway. The work is high quality and they insured my happiness by following up to make sure I had no questions or concerns. The one concern I did have they came and took care of the same day I called. I say if you need any house work done give them a call can’t hurt to get a price range and what they can do for you.

Additional Comments - We had an inspector come look at some other problems at our house. He said something about the roof. I told him we just had it put on and that we were very happy with it. He said I know but some places don't do a good job. He came down off the roof and said it was excellent. He said that they did a good job. I am very happy with them. I would recommend them over and over again.

The service and quality of craftsmanship was exceptional. I had no negative experience. They were timely and quick to get to the job site and got to work. I liked working with the salesperson. He stayed on site to make sure things were done properly, and it was done well.

If your lucky, you only ever have to deal with having a roof done once or twice in your lifetime. So typically you don't have much ongoing experience to base your choice of a roofing company on. You have to rely on others experiences. I am in the trades and have seen some real disasters and poor workmanship on roofs before. Some portions of my old roof were very poorly installed as well. But Endura came through perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the end product. On target price/Great communication/Clean job site/High quality product and Install. I gave all 5 stars because I legitimately think they deserve it. If I ever have another home that needs a roof, I would not hesitate to use them again.
