CRM Construction, Inc. is a first class home repair company. They make a detailed analysis of the repair required, discuss options, and set a schedule. They work with insurance carrier for repair claims and keep homeowners in the loop on all aspects of their involvement during the repair process. Their work is first class. They arrive on time as scheduled, courteous and professional, and thoroughly cleanup after each visit. We highly recommend them!

I was continually assured by CRM that all area of concern would be addressed, and I should be confident that all work would be completed to my satisfaction. Everyone I encountered in the process of working with CRM Construction was pleasant, responsive, Keith who provided the estimate and returned to check the work at the end of the job, Scott the painter, Jeff the electrician, and the team of three plumbers, were all knowledgeable and professional, as were the office staff who answered calls and delivered messages. It was a thoroughly positive experience in a time when good experiences with contractors can be hard to achieve. By his actions, it was clear that Keith wanted to ensure I understood the process and was totally satisfied with the work.
