Recognized Excellence - Jeff, definitely, and Eric, and I can't recall the names of the installers. I think it was Tom who did the metalwork. They were all wonderful and professional.

Overall, the price charged was to expensive. To repair 5 windows balances $549. I should have just waited and purchased new windows.

We have had window panes replaced on 3 windows so far. the work has been well done. Pricing went up very significantly for the 3rd window which was just done. One pane cost us more to replace than the whole window had when we had it replaced.

Its sounds like you have a double hung window that slides up and down check to see if the outer top window can slide up then lock it. If the glass is sperating from the frame you can take it to a glas ... read more
