Bath Planet is an extremely reputable business to work with. They vacuumed the dust as they went along and laid down drop cloths so as to not track dirt and mud into your home. They worked meticulously and the end result is phenomenal.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied with the overall experience, right from the sales associate. The owner of the company also popped in periodically. I though that spoke volumes for the company. He popped in when the project started, in the middle, and in the end. I really think that speaks volumes.
Recognized Excellence
Recognized Excellence - I'd like to recognize the Project Manger, Kevin. He was outstanding and is definitely an asset to the company. It would be a shame to lose him. He was multi-talented. He had to carefully remove pieces of tile and cut them to fit. This house is very old so if they break, you don't get new ones. The tile is already weakened because of its age. He was very meticulous and a perfectionist. It was like he was working on his own home. That is very important.
