Great customer service, only decent painting. Took a lot of overseeing and asking them to correct very poor quality work.

I contacted several painting companies for this project. AV was one of only a couple that even responded!

Unfortunately there were a number of workmanship issues that would give me difficulty providing a full recommendation. Drips of paint, areas where the floor baseboard and wall had gaps - should have been calked. The exterior doors had paint on them and could not be closed properly. The towel racks were not properly re-installed. The drapery was installed backwards. Some areas of paint were not completely smooth. A few of these items were addressed and they came out to fix them, and they were very responsive to the issues. I haven't called back to try and get everything addressed, and am sure they would be agreeable to correcting these issues......but they really should have been addressed during the paint job itself, rather than after the fact.

The painters and carpenter provided by AV painting were very diligent, hardworking, and did a great job.

We have already recommended AV Painting to friends who are planning to have their houses painted, and will continue to do do.

Ultimately, I think the final result for our home exterior is fine but it took a lot to get there. Both project managers (Anna and Jozeph) were good and understanding and apologetic of the issues that came up during the process. However, there seemed to be a real lack of care that went into the work and craftsmanship by the crew. Spots were missed, inadequate prep work was done prior to painting, they didn't take time to remove house numbers before painting over them, we have paint all over our pavers and yard art, they walked all over our landscaping, killing many of our plants.

AV Painting was exceptional in painting my interior. The painter was extremely precise in his work. The painter was fast and reliable. He was very attentive to what I needed to address in my condo. He was also very quiet and tidy.

I would highly recommend AV Painting. The quote was detailed, the work excellent.
