Although they had some hiccups with their project management, the workmanship and materials were satisfactory.

We have a small problem with the screen, but we love our windows. A 4. One of our front windows has some kind of wrinkle; I just noticed it. That's why I don't give a 5, but otherwise, the workers were great.
