Zimmerman Construction did a great job in modernizing and expanding our cottage, while preserving the look and feel of a cottage in Lakeside. Greg Zimmerman was extremely helpful in working with the design of the project, and attaining approvals from Lakeside and Ottowa County. Dennis, the construction manager, did a great job in addressing the field conditions of our cottage, and solving some tricky space issues.
