The amount that I was charged was too much, I would have told to leave. The task seemed too easy for such a large price.

Initially, they told me one price. They came out and jumped it up, and I said no. There was a problem with pricing, and I am not sure if that was the guy who came out and decided to up it. That was a little bit of an issue, and then they came back and agreed to the price they initially told me it would be.

Vito Services is courteous, professional and they get the job done.

I was recommended to Vito Services by a friend. The initial work was to replace a heat pump unit. The work was completed but there was no final walk through with me to talk about what had been done and inspect the final product. The Vito team removed a piece of trim molding that was not replaced and did not balance the airflow as agreed to in the scope of work.

Since the work was done (less than 5 years ago) the motor on the unit went bad, two circuit boards blew, and the thermostat went bad. As we were trying to get the above items fixed, there were constant backordered items with no follow up from Vito Services. I would set reminders on my calendar to call them for follow up on the needed parts...sometimes 6 to 8 weeks out. Typically, it would be 3 to 5 calls needed for each part. There were promises by the Vito team to call me back but, that rarely happened. Also, I can't think of a single voicemail message that was returned. The last part of this is the cost...as the equipment installed by Vito was breaking and I was spending time to track them down for follow ups, I would be charged for the work when the equipment was worked on. I understand they need to be compensated for their time and expertise, but at times it seemed insulting to be charged full price for Vito to fix equipment that was installed by Vito less than 5 years earlier.

Service is complete and prompt when an issue arises. Like the yearly check of all plumbing.

They did not fix my A/C but rather came twice to do bogus repairs costing me a lot of money while still having the issue. This has been going on since winter, when I originally told them of the issue. They said they couldn’t look at it until it was running. They sold me a service contract at that time which said I was to get two paid service to check my a/c, heater and water heater which they never called to schedule and when I asked about it they acted like they knew nothing about it.
My machine is not that old and they put it in along with the water heater.
I am most disappointed with their services.
