Communication was not good. The scheduling tool they said would be so useful during the project was only used product selection and for billing.

Excellent quality of workmanship and attention to detail! The finished product looks absolutely beautiful. The problems we had during the project was communication regarding timing and the scheduling of work. Unfortunately for us, these are big problems. The project is still not complete.
