We just completed a kitchen remodel in our home. This is the second time we have used Helmuth (master bath five years ago) and were equally satisfied. Paul took time to understand exactly what we were wanting. Everyone (from Paul, to Dave for measuring, and the gentleman who did the installation) was extremely punctual, professional and very eager to assist with questions/concerns. The cabinets were custom built in the exact timeframe we were told. The installation of the cabinets was completed very quickly and the entire area was cleaned prior to them leaving. Our family would highly recommend Helmuth Custom Kitchens, LLC to anyone for new build or remodel. I don't think there is a challenge that you could present to Paul that he couldn't accommodate!

I have had furniture made by others in Arthur Illinois and been extremely pleased with the workmanship. With what I paid for my bathroom vanity and mirror, I feel like it was disappointing that I didn't get the same quality workmanship, for the money we paid. We purchased a bathroom vanity and it looks like it is pressed board with paper oak paper glued to it. The one we are replacing from menards was much cheaper and looks about the same quality. I am also disappointed in the bathroom mirror we had made as well. It is unfinished at the top, we are going to have to go somewhere else and have a board made to put on top because it doesn't go all the way up to the ceiling and it will be a major dust collector behind the area where we are planning on installing a light. It is what we agreed on, but......... I guess it didn't look like what I thought it would after we got it.... It looks unfinished, I want it to look more finished at the top of the vanity mirror. I am not a complainer usually, but since you sent me a survey, I would have to say I won't be returning to this place to have more furniture made..
