Be on the same page as the homeowner as to specific items. Otherwise, good job well done. Pleased with outcome.

All of my dealings have been with the owner of the business. They started out doing a great job. As the company got bigger, we were put on the back burner.

They did a very good job and they were very thorough. It really looked good when they were done.

The craftmanship of the work was wonderful as always. The end result looks flawless and we're very satisfied with end result in both rooms. The communication breakdowns is why we do not feel we can give 5 stars this time around.

Communication on the project was terrible. Missed appointments cost me time from work. I tried calling calling Colby Geiser 5 times. Left messages every time. Even left message for him at the office. Never returned my calls. He apparently only speaks to you before you spend money. Not after the contract is executed.

Workers are always prompt and do a wonderful job.

The workers left a can of paint or solvent open in the house while they went to lunch, and there are people in the house, my wife, who is highly sensitive to stuff like that. That shouldn't have happened. That paint can shouldn't have been left open while they were at lunch. I understand they probably wanted to get the can available so they could use it when they came back, but it shouldn't have been left open.

Power wash was fine sanding the deck was fine not a professional job on the staining no protection on new patio stain was spilled on patio.i had to touch up many different spots on the new deck.

The on site workers did the best they could with minimal direction. We had to constantly communicate with the company to induce them to provide the service as quoted

The workers seem to be really good. I have used them mostly for painting projects. The only draw back I have is that it is hard to determine when they are going to be here. I live across town and I need to know an approximate time of when they will be here so I can let them in. I think this is more of a supervisory thing than a worker thing.

I had the company out for two or three jobs. For some of the jobs, they had to come back and redo them because they weren't done correctly.

Hired for 2 projects. Sent incompetent staff do do the job. 99% of staff did not speak English. Made it very difficult to communicate. Attempted to reach GM multiple times. He never once bothered to return a phone call.

The sales representative did not understand or take the time to understand the scope of work. But when quoted, the production group did not follow what was on the quote. I had to continually check the work (should have been done by company personnel) and communicate to the company what had not been done. Since my only contact was the salesperson, I contacted him to have him tell me that he is only sales, and I needed to contact Operations and gave me a phone number. I made attempts to contact Operations and did not receive return calls except one time.
