My vocabulary does not possess enough accolades to describe Scott! He is so much fun to work with and has an amazing sense of design with attention to detail. On one of our projects he took an 1800's Queen Anne chest and converted it into a Bathroom vanity with an above counter bowl sink and granite top! He has completed two major renovations to my 3 bedroom condo at Wild Dunes. The first project included tiling the first floor; new vanity, lights, and tile in the master bath; new carpet upstairs; and a complete kitchen renovation. The second renovation included a complete bathroom renovation downstairs. With each project I picked out most of the materials before the project began and was able to fill in other needed items via the internet. Living out of state, I was only able to check on the progress of his work once on the first project before I came for the final walk through. Scott always emailed pictures to keep me up to date and answered all my questions. The quality of his work on the renovation was exceptional. If you took pictures of my condo now, it looks like they came out of a magazine. You should see the downstairs bath. He took out a wall and put in an upscale frameless door shower. The bathroom looks twice the size it did before the renovation! During the second project I did not even bother coming down until it was completed. Scott completed all projects in the designated time frame. I love his estimates. They are easy to read and understand. There are no hidden, unprojected expenses. I'm telling you Scott is Amazing, Creative, Honest and Hard Working! Before I met Scott, another contractor did a bathroom renovation that looked "Typical". Scott's renovations are "Designer" quality. He can complete any project no matter how difficult. The sky is the limit with Scott. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

EXCELLENT JOB!! A few years ago, GWC rebuilt back stairs at our home, plus repainted entire home and other minor projects. This past summer, CWC installed a new window at our home. We will definitely use them in the future.

That made a big difference. Scott was there everyday and, since I don't live where the project went on, it was important to know that someone was there. That was probably the main thing. There were very good subs who were eager to talk to me and show me what they were doing. It was good working environment and everyone got along. Also, Scott had lots of ideas to help me and he explained why my ideas might not work. It was very easy.

We chose Graceworks based on a referral from a friend, the reputation they have in the area, andy the fair price they gave us for our renovation. Overall we are satisfied with their work. Where we have issues, they have agreed to repair them to our satisfaction at no additional expense. They are very responsive and believe in open and frequent communications. They try very hard to make sure their clients are satisfied with the quality of their work and that of their sub-contractors.

We've used GraceWorks Construction many different times on a number of projects for our home over the past 6 years.
