Project was delayed.. had to call the office multiple times to ask for aticipated start date... start date was missed 3 times. Some damaged wood was not replaced. Wires will left hanging and not reinstalled

The sales process and scheduling of the installation were very smoothe. The follow-through with the punch list could be better. It has been two months since my windows were installed and the punch list has just been addressed. There are still some issues to be adjusted.
