CRC Builders saved our bacon and restored our house's structural integrity, and its environmental envelope ...we are also now waterproof again! ...as an encore, they identified the numerous shortcuts that the previous owner of our house had taken when doing (undisclosed) remodeling and now we know what additional work has to be done to get our house back to where we were "sold" that it was at! CRC Builders has a skilled, friendly and highly professional team and roster of subcontractors - they are welcome at our place anytime!

They recommend creative solutions that fit the budget and make sense from a design objective and project-completion perspective. Also, the crew is very buttoned up, professional and the job-site is always left in pristine condition between visits until the project is completed.

Wonderful service!! They did a great job on my bathroom remodel and kept it clean and organized the whole time. I was very impressed with the whole process, we will definitely use Castle Rock again for our next projects.

Castle Rock Construction is a quality company with quality staff. Our home remodel and new kitchen came out perfectly, with-in budget and on time. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Expertise

Expertise - We do not have a typical house because it is 4 stories. We asked Castle Rock to remove some large walls to open up our family room and living room. After having 4 other companies bid the project, it was obvious that Jim Pitcher knew how to remove the huge beams and replace them -hidden in the ceiling without my house falling down. Other companies that bid the project were unsure of how to do that part of the project. Castle Rock opened up my living spaces beautifully.

Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - They were very organized- clean and neat! The crew that came to my house daily were so professional and careful not to intrude on our space as they worked on our home. It made it easy to co-exist in our home throughout the project.

Schedule

Schedule - YES! This is important because it would have been hard to have this project drag on and on. They finished in 4 months as agreed upon.

Budget

Budget - We worked carefully on the budget - as most people do. Jim Pitcher helped us remodel our home- add a new room, remove walls and build a dream kitchen. We added and changed a few things along the way and Jim was so fair and easy to work with when we needed to watch costs. Wonderful experience!

Communication - Jim sent e-mails with pictures of ideas for my tile, windows etc...He called and I called him- often! I also saw him daily. He was available always to answer a question or work on an idea for my remodel.All of Jim's staff were amazing! It was a pleasure to see them daily. They became like part of my family.

Areas Of Satisfaction - We have the house of our dreams now. We are satisfied with all of it. But a real advantage in using Castle Rock is Jim Pitcher. He has an eye for details and beauty. He is smart and careful. His staff has the experience and know how to do the job well.

Lead Source

Lead Source - We heard about them from Direct Buy. We bid our project with 5 builders. One had no clue how to do the more difficult aspects of our project. Two of them came in with really low prices- TOO LOW- it was obvious that we were not going to get the end results we wanted and the quality we needed.The last two bids were both wonderful companies (one was Castle Rock). We selected Castle Rock because we could see that Jim understood our project, had the expertise to do it, he was so professional, and he listened to us. For example. My husband told every builder that we wanted LED lights in all of the remodeled areas. Only Jim listened and included that in his bid. Now we have the LED lights and our electricity bills have gone way down!
