The contractors that were used were not respectful of our property and they caused damage to our property that Georgia Water and Fire were not willing to take responsibility for. It caused us additional damage and work that had to be done that they refused to complete

Initially they contacted me and everything was done in a timely fashion.After the damage to my gutters the communication lacked. It was not done in a timely fashion. And I feel that had I not pursued the it it would have not been done.

If my project was handled in a timely manner, I would have been a whole lot happier. I do feel that they should have compensated me in some way for the inconvenience, but they did not.


I would like to have a garage that is as inviting as my house.

Sealing the floor with an epoxy or sealer is a great feature like Bob said. Also make it a hang out with cool furniture and theme it to match what you love... A finished room over the garage is a grea ... read more

Are galvanized nails supposed to be used when nailing studs in a pressure treated sill plate on a slab? or is 3 inch smooth framing nails code?

As Brittany stated earlier, we only use hot-dipped galvanized in this application. It is not a code issue but it does make a huge impact on quality and what will be seen for years to come.
