Delivery what was said, it was said that wooden sills that showed rot would be replaced. They were not. They were covered over with metal that was not sealed. Which would let in water and cause the wood to rot more. Not a hopper camper.

Several mistakes happened and though the customer service was pretty good, it left a bad taste.

I was very pleased with the whole process. The work done was amazing and the installers worked very hard. Everyone on the team was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I've never felt joy over new windows but I do now. I highly recommend Window Nation.

Price and sales presentation (detailed)

On the original installation date the measurement was wrong on the big sliding window, so had to wait for a 2nd install date, The install guys seemed to be in a hurry & rushed through the job & I found one of the screens damaged in which they replaced on site in a rush and when they left I discovered the replacement screen was darker then the other screen and the windows were dirty and smeared on both sides. The double hung bottom window moves around & leaves a gap between the window & frame in which there is a service call repair scheduled a month out.
