The workers arrived on time and allowed me to ask questions. They finished the job in 3 hours, and the windows give my house a brighter look. When the snow and cold weather came through earlier this week, there were no cold drafts coming through the windows. Hooray!
I didn't like few windows, too wide the panel and less class.
From beginning with Rob, to measuring to installation- I am very satisfied.

One window is broken at the top the sash. One the screen has a 6 inch ripped down the side of it and we’re still waiting for that to be repaired. The work crew did zero cleanup asked if we had a broom and we do not have a broom so my husband and I had to spend two hours cleaning everything there was caulking on the chair. Someone was supposed to come get it off. They never did.

Inspector came and said it is a very poor job. A heavy wind would cause damage or totally come off. No one still has come to repair. The windows have moisture and the flies are insane getting between the windows. We need someone to come and fix this soon. Screws were not replaced back in the shutters maybe only 1 to every 2 that were taken out.
Still recommend though was disappointed with some things.

The estimate was done in a professional and transparent way (very pleasant rep without applying hard-sell; the measuring was done promptly and right on time after accepting the estimate. The time frame estimate given for installation was RIGHT-ON and actually the instalment date was moved up!!! The absolute best experience was the installation: the installers were right on time, worked in a kind and quiet way, the installation was done professionally with the highest level of workmanship and quality. And the installers didn’t stop until everything was done just perfectly!!! (and worked until late into the night to get it all done in ONE day). I was totally impressed!!!!

We were extremely pleased from start to finish with Window Nation. The entire process was seamless!
They came in and did the windows. I was also supposed to have shutters put up as well. The service guy did not know anything about that and had to call the company. He called the company, and they told him that they were not in yet. That was the Friday before last. The following Monday, I got a call that the shutters were in and that someone would be calling me to schedule a time for installation. That was the Monday before last, and now one is calling me to schedule, and I cannot get anyone to call me back to schedule. It has been over a week, and I am still waiting to get someone to call me back. It is not time-consuming and could be done between jobs. No one is calling me back to schedule, and I am not happy about that.
Be more up front with warrantee limitations. EI 5 year limit on labor.
did not provide dimensions, preinstall, of actual glass in window. It was much smaller than my original bay glass dimension. your replacement is mostly wood, and I dislike the whole look!!!!!!
They are very good, and the installation went well. We do have one window being replaced next May because we are snowbirds, and we go where it is warmer. We have it all scheduled with the company. They did a wonderful job.
The install was not correct per the install inspector on 10/27/25. We were told installers would be back for corrections and have not received any response. This is the second week after the install on 10/23/25
At this time, while still waiting on two items to be addressed, I would recommend window nation.

The entire staff did a fantastic job installing my doors and windows. The only problem we had was the doors not locking smoothly. We are still having a problem with the door.

I have already put another review out there.
I would never choose Window Nation again. The windows do not open with 1 finger like the salesman said. Half our windows were manufactured incorrectly and would not open all the way. I was told by a service manager that it’s a manufacturing process. Of course there’s going to be issues. Really? 50% issues and that’s ok? I asked why the installers didn’t notice/report the issues and was told by the same person that the installers aren’t trained on how the windows function and can’t make any corrections. I tried reaching the person who contacted me and was given a number that he doesn’t use. And he didn’t know why they kept giving that number out. The woman who did receive my voice message had the same wrong number for him so sent him a message. He didn’t know he had a message until his department was told to start using this new system. We had a part that needed ordered to resolve one of the windows being very difficult to open. The technician that was here fixing other issues ordered the part. Then I was getting text messages and emails that I needed to send a picture of the part, the part is ordered, no we need a picture, and round and round it went. I finally called and explained that I had no idea what part the technician ordered so I couldn’t take a picture of it. And was told they were waiting on a quote from the manufacturer to know how much to charge us. Charge us? The windows had just been installed! She sent the issue on to another woman who didn’t call me back so I called and was able to talk to her. She said the quote was for them to pay since the technician didn’t include a picture. Training opportunity? We are also extremely unhappy with the look of the windows. The top corners of every window have an open space where the product doesn’t meet together. It was not evident on the sample window we saw. And the “black gaps” are not even the same size on all the windows. We were told that’s just how they are made. It looks unprofessional and sloppy. And last but not least we received a thank you card from Jeff Beck, CEO & President thanking us for our business and welcome to the Window Nation family. If we had any concerns we could call or send an email. So I sent an email listing all our concerns. That was over a month ago and we have never heard back. The product and company need an overhaul.
