Didn’t like the strong arm tactics of installing these expensive windows during terrible weather. Your installation schedule of 30 days after receipt or face a penalty, regardless of weather, is for your convenience not mine. It was purely accidental that we had a 60 degree day in January to do the installation. That’s why I gave you such a high rating. Your installation staff seemed highly inflexible.

Great in every aspect
You could not explain what you were doing during the installation because your installer could not speak English. My house was left, covered with plastic dust all over the walls and furniture and in between the window and screens my shutters were not reinstalled.

Based on the guy who came out he was when they actually made the sale but when the work crew came in they left trash and my property, left nails, and they didn't clean. I just think that's very unprofessional.

Sales Rep misrepresented a number of factors on installation and products. The windows final measurements were not accurate, causing multiple visits.
Improve communication and touch points. We called multiple times and were continually redirected to someone else and never received call back. You present as one company however we leaned through munition conversations “we don’t do that I’ll have to connect you to this side” which is a separate company. Sales person Patrick never returned calls and we were finally assigned to another sales person who was not much better.
This installation was done by hacks.
Very disappointed in how the sale went down.

The price we were quoted was good. Quality windows and a professional installation team that exceeded our expectations. Definitely would recommend!
The windows were delayed twice and when they arrived the installers discovered they were 7 inches shorter than what was needed.

The window does not match any of my other windows in color. The larger windows have rubber bumpers on every grid with will most likely discolor with the heat and sun and become more of an eyesore than they are
This is what I emailed to Quality Assurance. I am contacting you because I need help getting someone to come out to take care of a problem. If the St.Louis branch phones are working, then I am disappointed that your agents have not shown me the courtesy and respect to call me back. I have been having incredible difficulty getting anyone from that office to help me resolve an issue with my window installation on 12/10/25. While I am happy with most of the installation, there is a problem.
I found a separation/gap in the left upper wood frame when I painted the area around the windows. I tried to text and send picture but no one responded. I offered to send same picture to Quality Assurance when I emailed on 12/19/25. I asked that someone contact me as soon as possible to schedule repair and caulking of my window frame or should I call the 1-888# I received via text. I received a call on 12/26/25 and we set up repair date for 01/14/26. Thanks for your help. Dorothy Taylor
Overall, I really need to let someone know about the pushy sales technique by the guy who was at the house. It was a complete turnoff. He was like a used car salesman. I was so put off by him that I told him to leave. He didn't want to leave. At least once I spoke to the guy in inside sales I ended up going with them. It was so polarizing, and I would not have done business with them had I not talked to someone in inside sales. The guy who came to the house was a complete jerk, and I pushed him out of the house. I felt that they needed to know that kind of information because I have only felt like that before when I was 16 years old and dealing with a used car salesman. That was horrible.
We were upset that only one installer could speak English and they wore nothing that said they were from Window Nation.
They do not back up their product. They lack communication.

There is a hole in one of my screens and a ding mark in the glass of one of the windows and I call and call and get no answer to the number they sent me. Please help!
Window sills were dinged and scratched, more so than last two installs.
I am likely to recommend Window to a friend because I can't say how impressed I was with this whole thing. From the day they came to measure the windows till the day they came to put the windows in, it was effortless, smooth, competent, and everything I was hoping it would be. We've had contractors here before, and it was always a disaster, so I was a little bit hesitant about having someone come here and do this work, but the crew that came to put in the windows and doors couldn't have been better or more respectful or worked any harder than they did; they were here from 8:00 in the morning to almost 6:30 at night with no breaks—they were just wonderful!
The Window Nation installation crew showed up on time. They were very communicative and professional. They worked with me to make sure that the area was cleared. I have pets in the house, so the worked with me to make sure everything was safe and secure for them. The installation crew was very efficient, and the work was done in a very high quality. I have no issues with my new door. Everything was done in a very timely manner. It was very cold out, so once the door was out, they did their best to keep the cold out and they protected my carpet. I am very pleased.
