Not understanding of our situation. We had a sick newborn, and were being threathened with a lawsuit if we did not imediately install. We wanted our windows, did not want extra people in our home as our newborn was sick, extra germs and dust airborn was not ideal at the moment. Very inconsiderate and pushy/rude.
The guy that came out that sold us the windows—he was really nice, so I would say a four.
I was very confident and accommodated by Window Nation.
The installers were professional and friendly. The installation of the door was outstanding. Great job cleaning up the job site.

Quality product but unimpressed with the communication with the sales rep, confusion between orders and the need for fixes post install. This is true of all my orders with the company.
The time and communication between the sales and scheduling of work was over two months and they had minimal communications.

It's a very good product; however, the installer may have one of the windows off just a little bit. It doesn't close tightly. It has to be pulled in with the lock

The crew that came out was very good and did a great job. They cleaned up well at the end and were able to complete the project within 8--9 hours. I was very satisfied with the crew and how polite and professional they were.
The three men that came out cared mor about smoking cigarettes then doing the job correctly. We were told one window screen was broken, when all four were broken. Also a drain hole was missing a cap. There was a scheduling error and someone never showed up. We did have a nice repair man that came the second time who looked over everything and told us all screens will be replaced, and informed us our front window was not installed correctly and is sagging. We are in the process of round three waiting on the third repair job. You need to take the money you paid the first three men to do the job, and credit out account. I expect a phone call and amount of the credit to be issued!!!!
From the start with Jeff Sullivan our salesman, the entire team kept me updated on the progress and the installation team were professional and through.
The sales process was handled very well. The communication was good during the time between ordering and the job being ready to be done. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently. They left the area clean or better than when they arrived. The new windows sit and work perfectly. I am very pleased.
Can’t lock one window; another has two open areas letting bugs in(. Many areas of the frames are sharp
Scope of work not properly explained, didnt replace frame up to casing which was expected. Fairly certain multiple windows will fail as I think there is rotted wood that was covered with foam and peel and stick flashing instead of replaced. The only person who spoke english showed up 3/4 through the job.
The process was pretty seamless. The installation went ell. Everybody was very customer service oriented. In the end, I am very satisfied.

Installer told us we had to remove/replace window treatments - was clearly stated in the contract that WN would do that.
Could not get anyone to return a phone call about this; Doug (the install supervisor) had the installer replace - we already had to remove so he could start the job. Jeremy returned our communication 4 hours later (windows completed) and said - they should.
No, I would be have to say it was a good price compared to others I got quotes from I don't know how different anyone else would have done for the install. Only time will tell how well the windows perform.

Took down payment out of my account twice. Created a problem, n did not acknowledge I had to call you. Did not bring all 4 Windows because of sizing. Have not received $100.00 Gift from your Company, really. I didn't Hesitate 2 years ago when I purchased 8 Windows from your Company. Thanks
I am very disappointed that i wasn't informed on how the windows would fit. I had no idea my blinds won't fit inside my window. I have an inch to work with otherwise I'm forced to put the blinds on the outside. My living room has the bay type windows and my upstairs bedroom are my main concern. I expressed my concern to the installers that the sales rep never mentioned i would be losing so much space. They told me I should have gotten the new construction windows with the flange so I would have the space for the blinds. I would have considered that if I would have been informed. I've been stressing about the additional choosy since it seems I'm going to have to go with custom blinds. The window is self looks OK. There are some factor things that I'll just have to live with. I have spent what averages just over a thousand dollars a window to be very disappointed.
I did not receive my $100 gift card for scheduling my initial appointment even after buying and having windows installed and asking for it many times!
I would recommend Window Nation to others. The convenience and efficiency of company was extraordinary.
Don't know anyone needing windows
The process was pretty seamless. The quality of the product is worth the money. We would definitely consider using them again for our next window project.

Better all around service than any other window company that we have used and the windows are awesome and high quality.
Little too aggressive sales tactics.
The quality of installation was not as expected. They did return to fix issues but caulking was missed in 2 windows and other finish caulking was substandard.
It is good. The sales rep, Scott, who came out was very good, very understanding, and reliable. The customer service was wonderful. The workmen there were very polite and understanding.

Still waiting for the installation manager to call me. I spoke with him during the installation with some concerns. We agreed that he would call me on Monday after the 4th of July holiday. I have additional concerns since we talked. One of my windows, the last one installed, doesn’t even latch. The choice of how some of my windows were finished on the inside is questionable. NOT, at all, what I signed up for. On same window it doesn’t represent what I thought I was getting.
