My windows were replaced recently and Window Nation hit a grand slam.

I know I was difficult to deal with at the beginning. Please understand - every window replacement done here at the community has had issues, so the pressure was on both of us to get this done right. The HOA vice president stopped by 3 times during the installation to ensure the work was being performed well and he was VERY pleased. Once all was done, I was just ecstatic and relieved. True to my word, the wording below is what I submitted for publication in our next newsletter.


"We had 7 windows that were in bad shape and had them all replaced recently. We attended the Home Show in Worcester and after having several vendors come in to present their products, we elected to go with Window Nation. Our experience with them was top notch from start to finish. Jerome, the salesperson, did a great job presenting their products and assured me multiple times that there would be no issues with meeting all of the window specifications required here at QR. True to their word, each window was measured 3 times to ensure a custom fit.

The installers arrived right on time and were very careful with everything both inside and outside of each window area. They carefully cut around each frame and never damaged any of the siding. Once the frame was in, they applied all of the necessary insulation to ensure a snug fit, installed composite framing and covered all of the nail holes. They also caulked around the entire frame on the interior and ensure there were no gaps. Since then, we have been amazed at how much warmer and quieter the home is.

With the professionalism and quality of workmanship shown throughout the process, I highly recommend Window Nation for window/door replacement.

They did not do a professional job installing the windows. They left the wood underneath the outer trim of the window exposed to the elements, so if you get a really good wind blowing rain storm, it is going to get in there and rot your wood out. The windows are great.

Arrived on time. Done by noon! Cleaned up wonderfully. Nice guys.

Instalation was promtt and acceptable. We were not told that the town inspection was required. Our belief was that a final inspection would be by Window Nation. We have questions that could only be answered by a company representative. We called last week and haven't received a return call.

Scheduling the measurement and install was seamless, and the installation team was efficient, professional, and courteous. From start to finish it was an incredibly easy process and we’re very satisfied with the results.

I would recommend Window Nation - Raleigh, NC to a field, but also want people to know ahead of time to make sure that the installation team cleans up properly after the installation. I am still finding glass from the windows that were removed.
