They stared my project around December 22nd of 2023. A month later, they finally finished my project. The guys came around 9-10 left at 4 didn't have enough helpers to put in my9 windows delayed the job windows haven't been caulked and windows that don't work.

Yes I would definitely recommend Window Nation to friends and family. I had several other companies that gave estimates and I knew when they left I was uncomfortable with them. I was very comfortable and satisfied with Window Nation!

The price was quite high

Sales experience was very pleasant. Jim Doyle was very professional and made several helpful recommendations. We signed the contract on 9/24/25. After that, it took almost three weeks before the measurement tech showed up - much longer than originally indicated. Installation was scheduled for 11/19. The installation team arrived as planned, but it turned out that many of the measurements had been made incorrectly and the installation was cancelled. New measurements were taken and windows were successfully installed on 12.20. The entire process took three months.

I liked that there was no 3- window minimum as I only had 2 to be replaced. I also appreciated that they didn't charge $400 for not having a 3rd window.

All the people who came here were excellent. God work. We'll see how the windows are in all types if weather.
