I would definitely recommend

Very disappointmented on the whole process. My windows are still unfinished. 6 windows are still not installed properly. Can’t seem to get a hold of anyone from window nation to help fix these issues.

Great salesmanship, telephone communications, text and email support through the whole process was superb. Every person we dealt with was very kind. We are very pleased with the installation and the product! We will definitely use this company in the future. We will also recommend this company to our friends.

The install process was insane. When they made mistakes, it took months to fix it. I had gaps on my doors for weeks on end. It was a headache to get anybody to come out and fix it correctly.

They provide a good service. It was fast and easy. They were reliable.

I have already recommended Window Nation to several friends. They were professional, their quality product was installed with care. They kept me informed with effective communication throughout the process. The house looks good with the new windows installed and we can already tell a difference with much less outdoor sound and drafts.

From start of measure to install, everything ran smoothly. No issues

When they replaced the windows. The frames are big, and the windows are small. It's hard to put an AC unit in. We wanted to take the windows out of the frame. They do not come out. We were told they would come out. They are good windows. Not what we wanted.

I am likely to recommend Window Nation to a friend. I don't have any further comments, will have to get back to that.

It was more of a sales issue. There was a window missing. There was a blame game going on.

From beginning to end, the whole team was very respectful and professional. Attentive to detail.

Crew did not use shoe covers (booties) even after REPEATED requests. Muddy footprints throughout home. Propped windows up against furniture leaving scratches. Caulk was rippled, not smoothed out. Corners of vinyl did not meet to make a corner and left gaps.

Window Nation was awful from the very beginning, from sales to after the installations. We are still missing pieces. No one responds to emails or callbacks. There is no communication at all.

The windows look great, Jack Herbes was amazing. The windows look great! I wasn't able to rehang my blinds due to the window depth, small inconvenience.

Window Nation - Cincinnati, OH were very efficient. They had the work done and completed in a short amount of time. They also cleaned up their messes very well.

The Windows look good except for the bottom piece caulking is not not same quality the rest of the job

My windows were installed last week and I'm thrilled. I was very impressed with the crew that did the installation. Jon and his crew worked great as a team and individually. They went above and beyond what was expected. It was wonderful to see people put pride in their work!

Not having all the product to make sure job was complete.Need someone to install screens in living room and family room.
