You could have covered my hardwood floors and covered my rug in the living room which got black mulch on it but they did do a good job on my windows they had to come back and fix the living room window by the gutter but I like the looks of the windows very much

Sales rep did a great job. Installers were outstanding.

First, you keep asking for my feedback and my installation has not been completed. It was supposed to be finished on May 14th. However, installer came by himself and could not install the by himself. Rescheduled a two-man team for May 28. Original installation was scheduled for April 24. One window was damaged in-transit to the warehouse.

Very aggressive sales people. After contract signed and several weeks have gone by, receive a call that they don’t have the finish for the trim we wanted in the particular model we choose. Then another week or so goes by and they don’t have the SIZE of the window we want in a bathroom. Aren’t these windows made to order?? Installers were great but they left screws in the driveway. Thankful I found them before any tires did.

Quality windows, sales process was fairly rigid in terms of “must commit by x date” which isn’t very flexible. I was actually on vacation on deadline date and requested more time which was not an option but the promo as still running past the date.

Everything. From sales, measurements, customer service, techs and service all were knowledgeable. explained everything about the project from start to finish and completed project in a timely manner.

I would expect the windows to be clean right after installation instead of arm prints and streaks on every window. I didn't expect to have to clean or have them cleaned.

I would rate a 0. I would not refer anybody because I have never got my issues resolved and no one seems to care. I did all my windows, and they don't care. They don't meet the Colorado energy code and the U factor is incorrect for Colorado. They are missing caulking and my windows freeze on the inside. I have a couple of small windows that were ordered incorrectly and there is a two-inch gap. The gentleman that came out to measure them was fired. I have windows that are an inch and a half, two small. The installers were less than professional. They were rude and unprofessional. I have spoken with four supervisors, and they don't care. I have spoken to Ryan, Brandon, Joe, the salesman Rob and the installer. I have emailed the owner and get nothing back. I have spoken with customer support so many times. The reason I know they don't meet Colorado code is because I went down to the city of Greeley and got the code, and I went to Millguard and got the information. I have windows that are installed crooked, and they got their money in cash.

I did have a problem that was addressed, but was not addressed. That is my only beef, otherwise, they were excellent as far as being timely, efficient, and neat. I give them a 5 for all of that, except the kitchen window was cracked in the frame. I addressed the issue to several people, but no one has gotten back to me as far as scheduling to come and look at it. They would call and say they would be out next week, as far as scheduling, and would never show up.

Kept me informed throughout the entire process. Ken and Chris are great installers.

Windows and exterior wrapping looks great! Neighbors commented thumbs up. Too early to determine how windows and installation performs. All of the teams very easy to work with.
