I would 💯 % recommend window Nation to family and friends in my experience with window nation this team was very professional very courteous and very respectful. Folks I know there's no such thing as perfection but this team is very close to that.

They were prompt with getting back with me. They stayed within the timeframe. The job was done to high quality.

Very surprised with the amount of caulk used, about an inch or larger gap under two windows filled with caulk. Were the windows the wrong size?

Project was seamless from start to finish

It all started after we signed the contract with Chris Robles. He was extremely helpful and professional, always responded to my texts. Then I was referred to Crystal - she responded only once to my text (after numerous attempts) She promised me a gift card that I never received. I have left numerous messages and she never responded. I later contacted customer service and have been speaking with Patty- who has been more attentive.

Communication was lacking. When I first called to get an estimate, I was to get a gift card for restaurants. I never received it and I called twice and still have not received it. The salesperson was nice and polite but lacked explanation. I had to do some research myself.

Multiple month delay on install because sales rep never accounted for the need to have city at protective cover to power lines in front of window. Installers left chips of broken glass in primary bedroom, and scuffed paint and wood stairs.

For the most part, it was a easy process and a quick process

Communication with each step of process was excellent. Installers friendly and did good job. We contacted Customer Service to replace full screens to half screens. Have not received screens as yet, but have received calls and emails regarding status.
Regarding recommendation to others, our neighbor inquired about our experience and they have ordered windows as a result.

Every widow was wrong. All had the wrong grid configurations.6 - 7 screens of 15 had defects. I don't understand how the screens could leave the factory/msnufacturing plant without the simplest of quality assurance checks being done.

No follow up from the sales guy. He made the sale and never heard from him again. The installers left a mess. The stepped on my freshly planted flowers and killed them and left slivers of wood and trash on the ground. I found cigarette butts among the debris. It appears they kicked a hole in my front bushes. I expected construction dust but did not expect to spend hours cleaning up outside. There was a part missing from both dome windows. The installer told me someone would be out the next day with the missing parts. It has been a week. I received an email saying it will be 2-3 weeks. Installation should not occur until all the parts are available

Professionalism, quality, cost

Everything you could ask for. They make it so easy. And gave us gorgeous windows.

I am having them do a couple of windows at my daughter's. I was happy with what they did for me.

On time and each worker got to work was very impressed with workers.

From start to finish, everything was as expected. We were looking to have the windows replaced quickly, and our sales rep made it happen. He was available for any questions I may have had. I would recommend to anyone.

Price seemed high for three windows.
