Great experience from sales to installation.
The entire process was positive, and everything was just great. They put it in, and got it done when they said they will get it done. It looks wonderful, but I did have them come back to replace a screen that has a tiny slit on it.
There were a few things that were a little misleading. They stated they used internal contractors hired by their company, but they do hire third parties and not internal ones, which was part of it, and the sales process was a little misleading. The other part is the quality of the installation was lacking. I scheduled a quality inspection, but I had to cancel, and it has to be rescheduled.
Jason was a great salesman, the installers did a great job. Just waiting for scratched glass to be replaced.

We are pleased with the results inside but outside they cut our new deck and said it was already cut. We feel the could have said it was cut already then a least put trim in to make it look professional

They did a good job. The salesman was good, the technicians were good, and the guys who did the work did a great job. Everybody has been great to deal with. I have my final inspection tomorrow, and hopefully, that all goes well.

Hello, the next day after the intalalion i noticed some things , the silicone or caulking is very thick from outside , looks slappy windows were a little bit smaller than I had before, specially the one in the kitchen, this guy has to put a very long screw between the window and the casing the gap was between 1 inch they filled the gap with foam, they did not put plastic to cover the casing .The window s look very cheap , the quality that the sales men talked about is not there. I give the sales man a 10+ we sold this cheap windows with a wonderful speech and video, but honestly is not was I got, 1 have to pay 12k for these windows that are not what you promise, I definitely not recommend this company no any friend or family and I removed the sign from my yard. By the way The screen window from the patio door is broken and the other one is not "running smoothly "I will fallow up and review my contract or receipt be cause this is not right.
Communicate about payment methods and stop making excuses about what's in the contract; who reads all of the fine print!

To my friends.
I would recommend the windows but I would warn my friends that the company as a whole is a bit unprofessional. Robot like text scheduling that isn’t complete and likely won’t reply or will reply days later with half the information requested. Installers that have to be reminded to respect your home. Small things like restaurant gift certificate promises not kept. Leaving all your blinds laying in piles and your furniture askew afterwards. Just small customer service things that could really elevate the experience!
Need to let customer know of back orders before scheduling part installation.
