The quality of work was excellent. I'm giving 4 stars because they didn't have the deferred payment that was advertised. I just relocated from out of state and am paying extra taxes through year's end. The deferred payment would've helped with my budget.

I felt pressured by the salesperson to make an irrational decision the day we met. Was told that certain things would be replaced during the install and it was not completed (Fascia board) on my porch roof. Was told that the office would file my warranty paperwork and it's been over a month and still have not heard if that was completed. Also was told that upon submission of warranty would receive $250. No project manager on-site that spoke any English. This is how they take care of Veteran's.

I am very pleased with the roofing, just felt the charging $150/sheet of plywood was taking advantage & price gouging. Shouldn't be more then $20 or $25 of current plywood cost; especially since they went to local area store and purchased.

Valor homes was quick and efficient! They were done in one day and did a great job of cleaning !

Workers took 2+ hours for lunch sitting in my front yard in front of my security camera. A strong storm came in around 4 so they had to rush to finish everything. In the process they damaged my siding, rails on my porch, and my gutters. Also, they left tons of nails on the ground and trash from where they ate. The roof itself looks good. However the trash left on the ground and damage to other areas of my home are unacceptable. Especially since that probably could have been completely avoided by knowing not to take 2 hours for lunch when a strong storm had been in the weather forecast for days.
