Staff showed up early. They covered the bushes and around the house, secured the area where debris may fall. They worked non-stop until the job was done. After installing the roof, they walked around with the magnet insuring all the nails are removed from the yard. I like the workers that I gave each one a tip for a job well done! I recommended Valor Home to a friend.

Regarding pricing, Valor Home offers an apples to apples price-matching guarantee, which was honored in your case. When a comparable estimate was presented, the pricing was adjusted accordingly to ensure you received competitive value without compromising materials or scope. With respect to communication, our records reflect frequent and ongoing contact throughout the scheduling process and during the installation, including updates related to weather conditions and installation timing. Adjustments were made to accommodate forecast changes, and we worked closely with you to ensure the project proceeded safely. Valor Home does utilize licensed and insured subcontracted crews, which is standard practice in the roofing industry. This is not concealed, and all crews working on our behalf are required to meet our installation and safety standards. We also maintain photo documentation of this project showing that the crew was using proper fall-protection equipment. Given the steep pitch of the roof, the work could not have been performed without appropriate safety tie-offs. Our installation crews are long-standing, trusted subcontractors who have worked with Valor Home for years and routinely complete job close-outs as part of their scope, although a separate company-led final walkthrough is always available upon request. In this case, we are currently scheduling a Valor Home representative to visit the property to complete an additional inspection and address any remaining questions. We respectfully disagree with the characterization that safety standards were ignored or that communication was absent, but we do acknowledge that your experience did not align with your expectations. Feedback like this is taken seriously and is used to reinforce procedures moving forward.
