I am UN-likely to recommend Thompson Creek for any worked based on the very poor experience I had with them about a month ago.

Meticulous install of tub to shower. Did not rush and kept me informed .

Customer service was outstanding.

It took too long. They drew it out four months. The work is good the customer service is not.

I have been trying for over 2 months to receive a call back regarding a few issues that have not been corrected.

Recommended Thompson creek to two of my neighbors. Happy to report the first, second, and top floor my corner of the condo building has Thompson creek windows.

Ordered a door in May of 21 that was installed in August. Everything seemed fine but the lock was damaged, so I withheld a few hundred dollars from my payment until the product was installed as ordered. They came out to fix the door in September, but couldn’t get it right. After several attempts, they ended up installing a different lock than the one I ordered. It looks ok, but doesn’t match the rest of the hardware. The project coordinator and I agreed that they would wipe the remaining balance in lieu of providing the lock that matched my hardware. This was in December. Now I get text messages every other day saying to call about an issue with my contract. They assure me everything is ok and not to worry. They tell me they can’t remove my number from the auto text list and to ignore them. I asked the manager, Xavier for an email stating my account has a zero balance and I don’t need to worry about it. He has said twice he would send one, but I still don’t have this email. I have no faith they will rectify my situation. I fear I will still be dealing with this nonsense six months from now. Stay away!

Thompson Creek had done a front door for us because they replaced a bay window. For the past week, I have been trying to get in contact with them because there is a crack in the bay window that they installed.

Thompson Creek is a good quality service and you get what is expected.

Our entire house is all Thompson Creek Windows now. We did it in a few phases since it is a bit expensive replacing them all at once, but we really like the quality.

Thompson Creek showed up on time. They were efficient. They used drop clothes and cleaned up thoroughly. It was better than I had thought or anticipated. My sister in-law used someone else and we did not have any problems like she did.

Contractors were very professional. Did a great job at arriving on time, worked steady throughout the day and did an excellent job of cleanup after each day of completion until the job was finished. I have gone back to Thompson's due to the quality of work and how they go above and beyond to satisfy the client. No hassles, great prices, and will continue to call back for future remodeling and/or renovations.

ive used your company 3 times now and all has been a good experience from the sales rep to the install. the product is what the sales rep says it will be.

The craftsmen were excellent and the last project manager that solved one of my problems was fine.
They have communication problems between sales and their project management people.
I was told that I would have to pay for extras that the salesperson told me to choose when the project manager comes out to measure and that it doesn't cost anything. Then that person wanted to charge for the extras instead.

The coordination and scheduling were absolutely terrible.

1st quote sales quy said over $2300 for storm door which convinced us to spend $4k and replace entry door instead. HOA wouldn't approve so we had to adjust - 2nd sales guy said $1500 for storm door. Which means 1st guy was either not being truthful, or didn't know what he was doing. Day of install they brought the wrong door. Wouldn't go get my door, and told me I had to get at the back of the line for scheduling. I fought back and got a date the next week. That took about 5 phone calls. Ridiculous. New install day comes and they install and leave. I go to shut my entry door and the storm door makes it impossible to shut my entry door.They never bothered to test that. They had to come back and adjust. It's still really hard to shut that entry door but I've given up. Now the door is making a huge screeching sound whenever it opens. Earsplitting. Over a month until someone can look at it.

They were very respectful and professional, and did a great job.

They replied to questions appropriately, their price was fiting withing my budget I had.

The service was fine but the price was high.

The installers were very good and efficient. The only place that I was confused was that I never got the email that laid out the price and details. In the future, I would say the installers should bring a copy of the itemized agreed contract.
