After all conditions are cleared and the lender issues a full loan approval. Next step is to schedule the closing which can take place anywhere you like. Most refinances are closed at the comfort of your home. A purchase closing usually takes place at the title company’s office. At the closing, the lender “funds” the loan with a cashier’s check, draft, or a wire to the closing agent, who disburses funds to the appropriate parties. At Sonic Loans Inc. point you officially closed your loan, congratulations!

We had a great experience overall. They really came through on everything they said they would. Their people are people we really trust with any project and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

I may change this rating once the entire project has been completed. We are going on about 5 months since the original order was placed.

Review of Kohler Bathroom Design Service by

· Ypsilanti

Heather was great to work with. She listened carefully and provided options that reflected my tastes and needs. After we finalized the design, she reached out to the local Kohler Design Store to connect them to me so I could see the actual products and get quotes. I highly recommend this service.
