Schmitt Refrigeration, Heating & Air has been providing Evansville and the surrounding area with refrigeration and HVAC services for over 50 years and we pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We take the time to listen to each customer’s needs and wants and provide them with the best possible solution, always keeping their best interest in mind. We treat our customers like we would treat our own family. We services all makes, models, and sizes of heating and air conditioning units and we install brands such as Trane, Carrier, Ruud, Mitsubishi Ductless, and Goodman – just to name a few. We also service and install commercial ice machines and commercial kitchen equipment. We offer maintenance contracts to prolong the life of the equipment. We pride ourselves on being a full-service HVAC and Refrigeration company.

How difficult to replace a rotted 6x6 PT support post for 2nd floor deck? Other materials that are less likely to rot?
